What can you expect?
A unique and bounding experience with younger girls in your life.
Once in the circle, we will :
- Set intentions for the next month and release.
- Celebrate the full or new moon energy together.
- After a sage burning ceremony, we will go through a fun and kids friendly breath work.
- Program together our crystal gift.
- Play with the girls the shruti box.
The younger girls at that point can join a care giver outside to create a craft and make their own pillow spray with essential oils.
Meanwhile, the older girls and women settle for a beautiful and healing relaxation and energy healing.
This 2 hours experience includes :
- the circle,
- all rituals,
- the guided relaxation,
- the crystal of the month to take home,
- an intuitive reading or message,
- the kids craft and pillows pray,
- delicious and nutritious snacks at the end.
You will come out refreshed, calmer yet energized and connected with your girls. This is a beautiful core memory to create.
