We will celebrate the full or new moon energy together:
* After a sage burning ceremony,
* We will go through gentle movement and breath work (mini Sophrology session).
* We will program together our crystal gift.
* And once relaxed and calmer we will get to settle for a beautiful and healing sound bath by Irene from Ultra One Sound Healing.
This 2 hours experience includes
– The circle,
– All rituals,
-The sound bath,
– The crystal of the month to take home,
– An intuitive reading or message,
– Delicious and nutritious snacks at the end.
You will come out refreshed, calmer yet energized and connected with other women of your community.
